The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted an open dialogue between young Ministry of Justice employees and the winners of the republican program «Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan»—Rustem Nigmatzyanov and Denis Basariev. The event was organized as part of the program participants' internship at the Ministry.
The young people showed keen interest in the program winners' experiences, asking a variety of questions about the applicability of military service skills to civilian life. Rustem Nigmatzyanov, speaking about his experience, shared his thoughts on the importance of preserving historical memory: «Heroes live as long as they are remembered. This principle allows us to maintain the continuity of generations and honor the heroic deeds of those who defended the Motherland», - he noted.
He added that discipline, stress resilience, and the ability to make decisions in critical situations are key qualities acquired during military service that prove invaluable in any professional endeavor. «These skills are universal and indispensable when working in any structure, especially in government agencies, where the effectiveness of the entire system depends on coordinated action».
Responding to a question about the possibility of applying military organizational approaches in the civilian sphere, Denis Basariev said: «In the military environment, we often solved common problems, which required the participation of every team member. The same principle should be applied in civilian teams to effectively achieve results».
The first stage of the internship for the winners of the Batyrlar program at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has concluded. The next stages are planned for November and December of this year, during which the participants will continue to become familiar with the work of government agencies.
