The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan clarifies legal requirements for citizens' electronic applications
In 2025, the Ministry of justice of Tatarstan received 3 447 citizen appeals, exceeding the 2024 figure by 38%. This was announced by Ildus Khafizov, the Ministry's Chief of the administrative office, at a board meeting on the state of enforcement discipline and the review of citizen appeals at the Ministry in 2025. He noted a significant increase in the share of electronic appeals. A total of 1 157 appeals were received electronically through the online reception, the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA) and the POS system.
Opening the board meeting, Rustem Zagidullin, the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, emphasized the significance of the event's date.
«Today, december 12, we celebrate Constitution Day of the Russian Federation—the fundamental document upon which all public relations are built. It is thanks to the Constitution that we live in a strong, independent, and rule-of-law state, where the rights and freedoms of every citizen are guaranteed», - the Minister remarked.
During his speech, the Chief of the administrative office noted that new rules for citizen appeals to government agencies, amended to federal and republican legislation on citizen appeals, have been in effect since march 30, 2025. According to the new requirements, electronic citizen appeals are only considered if they are submitted through the Unified state services portal (feedback platform), other information systems or official government agency websites (Online reception).
«These communication channels ensure the identification and authentication of applicants. Appeals received by email are not subject to registration or review», - he emphasized.
Ildus Khafizov reported that the Ministry's department of organizational work and document management has launched the «War photos in a family album» project in honor of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic war and the declaration of 2025 as the Year of defender of the Fatherland in the Republic of Tatarstan.
«Employees and veterans of the Ministry shared their family war stories. The result is truly touching and valuable material, preserving the memory of our people's heroism», - he noted.
Ildus Khafizov also recalled that the Museum of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan officially opened on january 19, 2022. In 2025, the museum exhibition was visited by 117 people, including municipal employees studying at HSPA, students and children of Ministry employees and members of the republic's justices of the peace.
