Meeting in the mode of videoconference

On 27th of July 2017, by the leadership of the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M. M.Ibyatov, tool place a meeting in the mode of videoconferencing for the execution of the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to organize the activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials in drafting protocols on administrative violations.

The report on the results of the activities of the commissions and authorized officials for the first half of 2017 was made by the head of the department on questions of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G.I. Kasymov.

With information on the collection of fines, L.P. Sergeev, acting head of the department of executive enforcement of the Office of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan, was forcibly informed.

Representatives of the administrative commissions of the Kazan, Nurlat and Zelenodolsky districts also heard the reasons for the reduction in the number of drafted protocols and the cancellation of the decisions of the commissions in a judicial procedure.
