On May 24, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the chairmanship of Deputy Minister N.V. Ragozina, training was held in video conferencing for the justices of the peace on the topic: «On fire safety measures in the buildings and premises of judicial sectors of the justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan».

The lecture was read by N.D. Dolgov, teacher of the training and methodological center for civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was attended by A. Vorobyov, head of the activity assurance department of Justice of the Peace, A. Nazarova, head of the department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace, A. Safin, head of the department of legal Informatization and computer systems.

Upon termination of training with the staff of the justices of the peace, the topical issues of optimization of the costs for mailings, the need to observe the code of ethics by the staff of magistrates' offices, the issues of material and technical support for the activities of magistrates, and the compliance with security requirements at court areas were discussed.

On May 24, 2018, in accordance to the approved schedule, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left for the Chistopol Municipal District.

As part of the trip, legal assistance was rendered by the leading consultant of the department of legal consulting and methodological support of local governments of the ministry Elena Gazizova. Responsible officials of local self-government bodies discussed problematic issues encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advisory assistance, and provided recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of their work.

The staff of the department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the Ministry Ilfat Mingalimov, Alina Sharafetdinova carried out a check of the implementation of the state program «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020» in the Chistopol Municipal District.

The issues of the functioning of the commission for the coordination of anti-corruption work for the head of the Chistopol Municipal District, the commission for compliance with the requirements for service conduct and conflict of interest settlement, examined the municipal anti-corruption program, the organization of the anti-corruption expertise, and the implementation of other program activities.

From May 22 to 23, 2018, a work group of the Governmental Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Prevention of Offenses to study an organization in the Baltasinsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

During the audit, members of the work group, which includes representatives of various ministries and departments, according to the approved task plan, studied the organization of activities of subjects of crime prevention in its separate areas, including the execution of the state program «Ensuring public order and counteracting criminality in the Republic of Tatarstan for the 2014-2020».

Based on the audit results, a meeting was held in the Baltasinsky municipal district for the leadership of the First Deputy Minister of Justice A.G. Galimov with the participation of the Deputy Head of the Baltasinsky Municipal District N.N. Sabirzyanov, the Attorney of the Baltasinsky District A.S. Nizamiev, with the invitation of representatives of all subjects of crime prevention, heads of rural settlements of the region, during which the results of the work group of the government commission on the prevention of violations were discussed, the violations and shortcomings revealed, recommendations for elimination are given.

In order to fulfill the assignment of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - head of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan S.H. Gafarov, tactical exercises were conducted in the buildings (rooms) of the judicial districts of the justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan for the preparation of actions in the event of an emergency. The exercises were attended by court bailiffs to ensure the established order of the courts, emergency services, ambulance and police. The exercises are organized with the aim of achieving coherence between departments and developing practical skills in the event of emergencies.

In the course of the exercises, the staff of the justices of the peace passed the evacuation routes from the buildings (premises) to the safe zone. After the training was completed, the results of the exercises were summed up and the representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of the Republic of Tatarstan explained the effective rescue measures, in the event of a real emergency situation in the buildings (premises) of the judicial sections.

On May 23, 2018, the Committee on the Rule of Law and Order of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan held a press conference on the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on Providing Free Legal Aid to Citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the event, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin made a presentation on the current situation in the field of providing free legal assistance, including the work being carried out by the Ministry to improve the state system of free legal aid, interaction with the advocate community, activities aimed at legal education of the population and the tasks for 2018.

The event was also attended by representatives of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Tatarstan and the media.

On May 21, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the preparation of field events in Baltasinsky and Yutazinsky municipal districts, a meeting was held with members of the work group of the Government Commission for Prevention of Offenses of the Republic of Tatarstan.

First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.G. Galimov, on the basis of crime analysis in these areas, set the task of the meeting participants to pay attention to areas that require more thorough study and the need for methodical assistance to the regions preventive measures in the course of studying the work on the prevention of violations.

On May 21, 2018, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina took part in the opening of refresher courses for justices of the peace of the republic.

The training will take place in the Kazan branch of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education "Russian State University of Justice" from May 21 to May 31, 2018.

The classes will be conducted by teachers who have academic degree, as well as acting judges, who have a great experience of practical work.

Based on the results of successful certification, students will receive certificates of completion of refresher courses.

On May 17-18, 2018, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina and Head of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace Anton Vorobyov took part in the interregional seminar-meeting on the topic: "The historical role of the Justices of the Peace in modern Russia. 150 years of the judicial system of the Stavropol Territory ", organized by the Stavropol Regional Court in conjunction with the Government of the Stavropol Territory, the Office for the operation of magistrates of the Stavropol Territory and the judicial community of the region.

The event was attended by Governor of Stavropol Territory V.V. Vladimirov, Chairman of the Duma of Stavropol Territory G.V. Yakubov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Stavropol Territory of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District S.D. Ushakov, Chairman of the Stavropol Territorial Court E.B. Kuzin, the head of the Department for Activity Assurance of Justices of the Peace of the Stavropol Territory Y.N. Svetashov and representatives of other constituent entities of the Russian Federation engaged activity assurance of justices of the peace.

Within the framework of the seminar-conference, Nadezhda Ragozina made a presentation on the topic: "Organizational, material and technical, information, personnel and financial support for the activities of the Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan". The participants of the meeting exchanged their experience in ensuring the activities of magistrates in the material, technical, legal and information fields.

At the end of the event, the guests were given an informative tour of the halls of the museum-exhibition complex "Russia - My History".

During the work meeting, the delegation visited the building of the judicial districts of the magistrates of the Shpakovo judicial district of the Stavropol Territory and assessed the conditions for the administration of justice by the magistrates.

On May 20, 2018, in the capital of Tatarstan on the Millennium Square, the largest running start of the Tatarstan sports calendar Kazan Marathon-2018 took place.

This year about 10 thousand people from 28 countries of the world came to participate in the Kazan Marathon, they were able to overcome 4 distances to choose from: 3 km, 10 km, 21.1 km and 42.2 km.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the general producer of the sports TV channel "Match-TV" Tina Kandelaki, as well as the heads of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the mass race.

The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Zagidullin, and the leading specialist of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace Tatyana Sviridova, supported the action by taking part in the 10 km race.

In a separate race took part wheelchair athletes, who in less than an hour covered a distance of 21.1 km.

As part of the social program AK BARS Bank Kazan Marathon-2018 traditionally attracted the attention of the partnership project with the House of Ronald McDonald, which for the third consecutive year formed team to participate in the race. All funds raised from the application fees, and this time a symbolic check amounted to 1 million 300 thousand rubles, go to support the free family hotel "Ronald McDonald's House" in Kazan at the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 17, 2018, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin held a work meeting with the CEO of JSC "Codex" S.G. Tihomirov and Director of the Office for the creation of information products N.N. Hohlova, to participate in the work of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.

During the meeting, the issues of providing services, quality of services, as well as problems arising in the receipt of services and ways to solve them were discussed.
