On October 30th, 2019, a training seminar on the topic “Property right to the orphaned things. Recognition of the property without an heir” for employees of the local self-government bodies was held by the chairman of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov.

On October 29th, 2019, a meeting of the attestation commission of the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The session was on the compliance for the replaced civil service positions of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Certification of civil servants is designed to identify a professional capacity, the degree of willingness and levels of the ability to perform functional duties of a civil servant. In practical terms, primary objective of attestation is to determine whether a civil servant corresponds to his post.

A veteran of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan Ganchurin V.P. participated in the meeting of the commission.

Following the outcome of the vote, 14 attested were in conformity with the grade of incumbent civil service positions, 2 attested - in conformity with the grade of incumbent civil service positions and recommended to the inclusion in the personnel reserve to fill the vacant civil service position in order to career development by the decision of the commission.

Moreover, civil servants passed proficiency examination for the class rank.

On October 24th, 2019, Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization «Association of lawyers of Russia» of the Tatarstan with participation of interested public authorities and public organizations the event on rendering free legal assistance to citizens of Nevosheshminsky settlement and Zirekly village in Novosheshminsky municipal district in the Republic of Tatarstan was held.


 

On October 24th, 2019, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I. took part in the solemn ceremony of handing identity cards to the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

On October 23d, 2019, within the working visit the vice-governor of Kamchatsky region, Head of the Office of the Governor and of the Government of the Kamchatsky region Alexey Voitov attended new building of the Magistrates in the Kirovsky juridical district of Kazan.


 

On October 23d, 2019, Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov conducted an outreach reception for citizens residing in the Elabuzhsky municipal district.

 

On October 21st, 2019, meeting of the commission of organization and holding of competition “The best in profession” was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan by the chairman of Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina.

 

Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin took part in the opening of academic year in School of legal knowledges for the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan which was held today in the Office of Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan.


 

On October 18th, 2019, within XV International scientific and practical conference “Derzhavin Readings” in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan discussion tribune on theme “Determination of the self-employed within realization of Federal law of 27 November 2018 Number 422-ФЗ «On experiment to establish special tax regime in Moscow, Moscow and Kaluzhskaya areas and in the Republic of Tatarstan holding” was held.

 

On October 18th, 2019, chaired by the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin meeting of the competition commission «Best in profession» among the persons responsible for execution of the transferred separate powers of state of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.
