Main functions:

organization and implementation of interaction with republican executive authorities, as well as territorial bodies of federal executive authorities on issues of insolvency (bankruptcy) of legal entities and individuals;

representation of the Ministry interests in courts on issues of insolvency (bankruptcy) of legal entities and individuals - debtors on payments administered by the Ministry.
