Department of legal expertise and legislative work

Main functions:

coordination of norm-setting activity of the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan;

implementation of legal and anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts;

participation in ensuring the activity of the Interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal questions and its Expert council;

the exercise of other powers vested in the department by the minister and the first deputy minister.
