Providing free legal assistance

On 29th of September 2017 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized and conducted the event on providing free legal assistance to elderly people in the framework of the International day of elder people.

At the event took part representatives of the Department of the Pension Fund of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal tax service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal state establishment "Main bureau of medical and social expertise in the Republic of Tatarstan" and social protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan the Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State housing inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ICA “The Committee of land and property relations, "Administration of housing policy of Kazan" and also lawyers and notaries.

The event took place in the House of friendship of people (Kazan, Pavlyukhina str., 57 h.1).

At the end of the event, 115 citizens received qualified legal assistance. In most cases, the questions concerned housing, land and inheritance legislation, social and pensions.
