Meeting with the participants of the probation period “HR-workshop”

On 23rd of November 2017 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took place a meeting with the participants of the internship "HR-Workshop", organized for staff of personnel services of state authorities and local governments of thirteen constituent entities of the Russian Federation (Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Irkutsk, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Saratov, Chelyabinsk regions, Krasnodar, Perm and Primorsky Krais, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Mordovia, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Area - Yugra).

The guests were greeted by first deputy minister A.G.Galimov and managing director N.I.Latypov. During the meeting and a guided tour of the building of the Ministry, participants got an idea of ​​the structure of the state body, its main functions and tasks.

The head of the project department of GMC Consulting Z.K. Galieva presented the pilot project "The system of assessment of key performance indicators of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan" implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan. The assessment system allows to determine quarterly the efficiency of civil servants' activity and to establish incentive payments according to achieved the key indicators.

The head of the department of personnel and public service of the ministry T.Yu. Latyeva shared her experience of cooperation between the Ministry and the educational organizations of the republic in involving students of law faculties in the future profession, holding an "open house" day in the Ministry for students.
