Work trip on judicial sites of justices of the peace
On April 17, 2018, under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina has held meeting with employees of justices of the peace in the Verkhny Uslon, Zelenodolsk, Kaybitsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Head of Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace, A.V. Vorobyov, head of the Department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace A.V. Nazarova, Chairman of the Zelenodolsky city court A.A. Nikolaev, and Justices of the Peace took part in the meeting.
Within the framework of the meetings, topical issues of optimization of costs for postal items, the possibility and necessary use of a Single interdepartmental system of electronic document circulation, timely posting of texts of judicial acts on the official websites of Justices of the Peace, issues of judicial statistics, the need to comply with the code of ethics by employees of Justices of the Peace offices, issues of material and technical support for the activities of Justices of the Peace, as well as compliance with security requirements.
