Meeting in videoconference mode on the use of "Kodeks" system

July 18, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.Ibyatov meeting was held on the results of using in the I quarter of this year an analytical automated information system "Analyst of regional legislation" of the “Kodeks” consortium.

The meeting was attended by A.Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, A.Valiakhmetov, Head of the Department for Supervision of Legitimacy of Normative Legal Acts of the Republic of Tatarstan Prosecutor's, representatives of the executive bodies of the state authorities of the Republic, as well as in videoconference - employees of local self-government bodies of municipalities responsible for the norm-setting activities of municipalities.

With a review of the results of the work with the information system of its users was made R.Garipov and E.Slipneva - heads of the ministry departments, who are responsible for solving the issues of ensuring the implementation and functioning of the software product in the system of state authorities and local self-government bodies of the republic .

During the meeting, the chairperson drew attention to the need to use the full load of the workstations provided by “Kodeks” and the importance of automating the stages of the norm-setting process with the dynamically growing volume of the normative base of acts of the federal and regional levels regularly amended.

At the end of the meeting, users of the information system, who showed a passive attitude to the opportunities to improve the quality of the acts developed by them, were encouraged to send the issued acts and their projects to legal analysis more actively, and to use the results of monitoring performed by the system in an automated mode, in order to eliminate in the legal acts detected inconsistencies legislation.
