Meeting of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs was held
On May 22nd, 2019, a meeting of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee for Legal Affairs was held under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Gafarov S.K. in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The draft federal law «On amendments to the article 1 of the Federal Law «On total number of the Magistrates and number of judicial districts in the entities of the Russian Federation» (developer - the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan) and following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan are approved in the meeting of the Expert Council:
«On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On urban planning in the Republic of Tatarstan» (developer - the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing-Communal Service of the Republic of Tatarstan);
«On amendments to the article 28 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan «On municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan» (developer - the Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan);
«On amendments to the article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On setting differentiated tax rates for taxpayers who use simplified taxation system» (developer - the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan);
«On amendments to the articles 3 and 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On tax on property of organizations» (developer - the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan);
«On adoption of the additional agreements to agreements on the providing of budget allocations for a budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from the federal budget» (developer - the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan).
