The first meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in 2024
Today, Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina took part in a meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place in the hall of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting discussed organizational issues of the activities of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan, including the results of the work of the commissions of the Council in 2023 and the definition of a work plan for 2024.
The Ministry of Justice actively cooperates with the judicial community of the Republic on issues of logistical, organizational, legal, personnel and financial support for the activities of magistrates.
Within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan», the Ministry is carrying out extensive comprehensive work on the introduction of electronic justice. For example, all judicial districts use «hybrid mail», which makes it possible for residents of the republic to receive documents in their personal account on «Public Services».
In addition, Tatarstan citizens and organizations can contact the justice of the peace electronically through the Portal of Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan. More than 90,000 individuals and legal entities have already used the service.
Recall that in order to file statements of claim, complaints to magistrates or other documents in electronic form, it is necessary:
open a «Personal account» on the portal of magistrates;
select «Submit a procedural document», the method of treatment and fill in the data;
select the magistrate's site, type of production and other data;
select the type of electronic document and send it to the court.
