The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Tatarstan signed an agreement on cooperation
An agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic and the Constitutional Council of Tatarstan was signed today.
The joint work will be aimed, among other things, at strengthening constitutional legality, ensuring guarantees of state protection of citizens' rights and freedoms and their observance, developing the legal culture of the republic's population, as well as scientific and methodological support for the development of the constitutional legislation of Tatarstan.

«I am confident that this agreement will give impetus to the development of bilateral ties in the field of improving legislation, as well as simplify the procedure for resolving specific problems affecting the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens», - Rustem Ildusovich said.

«Our structure is aimed at telling the legislator about this discrepancy through the inconsistency of normative legal acts of different levels of the Constitution of the republic and thereby solving the problems of our residents, - explained Ilgiz Idrisovich. When providing free legal assistance, when faced with issues within the competence of the Constitutional Council, the Ministry of Justice should inform people that they can restore their rights by contacting the Constitutional Council», - he added.
The members of the Constitutional Council got acquainted with the exposition of the museum of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with great interest. At parting, Ilgiz Gilazov left an entry in the book of honored guests of the museum. «Very interesting, informative information and especially historical objects reflecting the activities and people of justice in Tatarstan,», Ilgiz Idrisovich wrote.
