Internship of responsible secretaries of administrative commissions
On the site of the Administrative Commission of Kazan, the internship of the responsible secretaries of the administrative commissions of Agryzsky, Alkeevsky, Arsky, Vysokogorsky, Nizhnekamsk and Tyulyachinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, opening the internship, noted the importance of observing administrative legislation when considering cases not only in the field of landscaping, but also in other areas under the jurisdiction of administrative commissions.
The first deputy head of the Department of Administrative and Technical Inspection of Kazan, Vil Latypov, and the head of the legal department, Yaroslav Elistratov, spoke about the specifics of detecting offenses and initiating administrative proceedings. The chairman of the Administrative commission of Kazan, Artyom Goritsky, together with the head of the Department for monitoring the execution of decisions of administrative commissions, Kamal Fazullin, on the procedure for reviewing administrative cases and further sending the decisions on sentencing to the bailiff service. Alfiya Sagdeeva, Senior Inspector of the Department for the Organization of enforcement Proceedings of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, introduced the procedure for interaction with bailiffs.
The trainees had the opportunity to get acquainted with the accounting of the work of the administrative commission of Kazan, the design and formation of case materials. The issues of interest to the trainees were discussed in the round table mode.
The Ministry's staff explained the procedure for reporting on the implementation of legislation on transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
