Results of the meeting of the certifying commission

On 30th of November, 2016 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstanwas held a meeting of the certifying commission of magistrates' offices of the Republic of Tatarstan for the qualifying examination of 5 civil servants and certification of 7 civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The qualification examination is conducted in order to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) civil servant, on the basis of which thecommission will adopt a decision on the exam and the assignment of a class rank of the civil service, or that the civil servant has not passed the qualifying examination.

By certifying commission was decided that four state employees passed the qualification examination and recommended to assign class ranks accordingthem to the displaced post, 1 civil servant - did not passed the qualifying examination.

Attestation of civil servants aimed at identifying professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether the employee meets the displaced post.

Based on the voting decision of the commission 6 of certified considered appropriate displaced post of state civil service, 1 certified - relevant displaced post of state civil service subject to successful completion of additionalprofessional training.

As an independent expert at the commission meeting took part a veteran of thestate civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, a member of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin.
