Study of organization of activity of court areas

The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Court department in the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a study of the organization of the activities of court areas №№ 1, 2 in the Menzelinsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the course of the work, the main indicators of the activities of the judicial section for 2016 were studied: the organization of judicial and archival record keeping, the quality and timeliness of the execution of court decisions, protocols and outgoing official documentation.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the unimpeded exercise of the constitutional right of citizens to seek judicial protection, the organization of admission of citizens, the rules of conduct for employees of the offices of court and the rules of internal labor regulations.

In order to further improve the effectiveness to the staff of magistrates in the Menzelinsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan, the necessary recommendations were given
