Check of execution of measures of state program
On 6th of September 2017 the staff of the department of information, analytical, coordination and planning of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a planned check of the execution of measures of the state program "Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020" in the Atninsky municipal region of the republic.
In the course of the check, the questions of the functioning of the commission for coordinating the work on combating corruption, the commission on compliance with the requirements for the behavior of municipal employees and the settlement of the conflict of interests were examined, the municipal anti-corruption program for 2015-2020, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts, and also correspondence of the section "Counteraction of corruption" of the official site of the district to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan en on 04.04.2013 № 225 "On approval of the Uniform requirements for the placement and filling of sections of official websites of the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunication network" Internet " were studied.
