Participation at the plenary session of the forum Kazan Legal 2017

On 15th of September 2017 within the framework of the Kazan Legal 2017 International legal forum, the STRC Korston took place a plenary session with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation Igor Artemiev read out the greeting of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to the participants of the Kazan legal forum Kazan Legal.

Rustam Minnikhanov in his welcoming speech to participants and guests Kazan Legal drew attention to the need to maintain a balance of interests of the state and business. "The law should guarantee the protection of investors' rights, but at the same time exclude the possibility of abuse of law," he said.

Also at the event took part the Commissioner for the President of the Russian Federation for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs Boris Titov, the Chairman of the Committee of partners of the Advocate’s bureau” Egorov, Puginsky,Afanasiev & Partners” Dmitry Afanasyev, the Chairman of the European commission on the effectiveness of justice of the Council of Europe Georg Stava, the chairman of the Board of the Association of lawyers of Russia Vladimir Gruzdev, minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin and others.

International legal forum Kazan Legal 2017 is held in Kazan from 14th to 16th of September. More than 1000 delegates, including foreign participants from 35 countries and representatives of 35 regions of Russia, were announced for participation in the event.
