Briefing on constitutional legislation

On 15th of September 2017, within the framework of the Kazan Legal 2017 International legal forum took place a briefing on constitutional legislation with the participation of the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin, the vice president of the Russian academy of sciences, the director of the Institute of legislation and comparative law by the Government of the Russian Federation Talia Khabrievoy, the judge of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation Federation of Gadis Hajiyev, partner of the Lawyer’s Bureu “Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners” Dmitry Stepanov and the chairman of the Constitutionally Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Farhat Khusnutdinova.

At the briefing discussed which challenges the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation faces, its role in further defining the main vectors for the development of Russia's legal system.

The Minister made a report "The Institute for the redistribution of powers between state authorities and local self-government as a new mechanism for organizing public power
