On 27th of September 2017 in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took place a meeting of the attestation commission of the magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan on compliance of the replaced post of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Certification of public civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, the degree of readiness and the levels of the ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main goal of attestation is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the holding post.
According to the results of the voting, 4 certified were recognized by the decision of the commission as corresponding to the replaced posts of the state civil service, 2 certified are qualified for the respective replaceable posts and are recommended to be included in the personnel reserve on filling vacant post ofstate civil service in the order of official growth, 1 certified is qualified to the corresponding replaced post of state civil service subject to the successful receipt of additional vocational education, 1 state civil servant is not corresponding to the replaced post of the state civil service.

Ganchurin, associate professor of the department of law, institute of economics, management and social technologies of the Kazan national technical university named after Tupolev - KAI V.A. Gurevich
