Acceptance of applications for participation in the Republican contest of independent experts

From 1st of October 2017 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan are accepted applications for participation in the annual republican competition of experts on conducting independent anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts.

Applications for participation in the competition are accepted in the form approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 14.12.2015 № 943. The application form is placed in the information and telecommunication network "Internet" on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the sub-section "Annual Republican competition of experts on holding an independent anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts "of the section" Counteraction of corruption ".

The application shall be accompanied by:

The copy of the certificate of accreditation as an independent expert;

the extract from the Unified state register of legal entities (for legal entities);

copies of conclusions in the form approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of October 21, 2011 No. 363, indicating the identified corruption factors and ways to eliminate them;

the copies of the motivated replies of bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan, state bodies, local self-government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan and their officials, based on the results of consideration of the conclusions.
