Meeting with participants of the internship “HR-Workshop”

On 19th of October 2017 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with the participants of the internship "HR-Workshop", organized for personnel of the personnel services of the state authorities and local governments of eight constituent entities of the Russian Federation (Volgograd, Rostov, Tambov and Leningrad Regions, and the Stavropol territory , Crimea, Bashkortostan and Mari El).

The guests were met by first deputy minister A.G.Galimov, deputy ministers M.M.Ibyatov, N.V.Ragozin and conducted an indicative excursion of the ministry, during which participants got an idea of ​​the structure of the state body, its main functions and tasks.

General director of GMC Consulting G.Yu.Mashtakova presented a system for evaluating the effectiveness of executive bodies. This assessment system allows us to determine on a quarterly basis not only the effectiveness of public authorities and civil servants, but also to establish incentive payments according to the key indicators achieved.

At the meeting also took part the chief adviser of the department of development of civil service of the Department of civil service and personnel by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, L.R.Nizamova, the head of the project department of GMC Consulting Z.K. Galieva, the head of the Department of information analysis, coordination and planning of the ministry of justice Republic of Tatarstan A.A. Bedengov.
