Contests on filing vacant posts

On 26th-27th of October contests took place on filling vacant positions of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in magistrates’ office of the Republic of Tatarstan.

27 participants took part in the competitions.

By the decision of the competitive commission winners in competitions are recognized:

Abulkhanova Milausha Mubarekzyanovna to the post of consultant of the magistrate's office of the court area № in the Novo-Savinovsky judicial district of the Kazan city of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Antonnikova Irina Vladimirovna to the position of consultant of magistrates’ office of the judiciary in Almetyevsky court district of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Spiridonova Ekaterina Aleksandrovna to the post of consultant of the magistrate's office of the court area № 7 of the Sovetsky judicial district of the Kazan city of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Safiullina Elmira Fanilevna to the position of consultant of the office of the magistrate of the court area №10 of the Sovetsky judicial district of the Kazan city of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Vafina Venera Ravgatovna to the post of the secretary of the court session of the office of the magistrate of the court area №11 in the Nizhnekamsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Zakirova Gulziya Ilhamovna to the post of the secretary of the judicial session of the office of the magistrate of the court area№ 2 of the Buinsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Murtazina Natalia Lvovna to the post of the secretary of the court session of the office of the magistrate of the court area № 12 in the Nizhnekamsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Sergeenko Yulia Vladimirovna to the post of the secretary of the court session of the office of the magistrate of the court area№ 5 in the Nizhnekamsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Khasanshina Elvira Robertovna to the post of the secretary of the court session of the office of the magistrate of the court area №8 of the Sovetsky judicial district of the Kazan city of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Khafizova Larisa Valerievna to the post of the secretary of the court session of the office of the magistrate of the court area № 2 in the Mendeleevsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Borisova Natalia Dmitrievna to the post of senior specialist of 2 nd category - head of the chancellery of the magistrate's office for the Drozhzhanovsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Lovtcheva Lyudmila Vladimirovna to the position of senior specialist of 2nd  category - head of the chancellery of magistrate’s office  of court area №5 of the Kirovsky judicial district of the city of Kazan of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Competitive commission decided to include in the staff of personnel reserve personnel of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan for posts classified as to the senior group of posts Ashrafzyanov Bulat Ramilevich, Gilfanova Adelia Ayupovna, Olga Stepanova Sergeevna and Elvira Rafailovna Khabirova.

As independent experts at the meeting of the commission took part the adviser of the chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.Kh. Vafin, a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P. Ganchurin, chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of the chair of constitutional and administrative law of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University A.G. Gataullin.
