Results of the meeting of the attestation commission

On 1st of November 2017 in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the attestation commission of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan on conducting a qualifying examination of 7 civil servants and attestation of 7 civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The qualification exam is conducted to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) of a civil servant, following which the commission decides to take an examination and assign a class rank of the civil service, or that a civil servant has not passed the qualification exam.

The Attestation commission decided that 7 civil servants passed the qualification exam and were recommended to assign them class positions according to the replaced posts.

Certification of state civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, the degree of readiness and the levels of the ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main goal of attestation is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the holding position.

According to the results of the voting, by the decision of the commission, 5 certified were recognized as corresponding to the replaced positions of the state civil service, 1 certified - to the corresponding substitute position and recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve to fill the vacant post of state civil service in the order of official growth, 1 certified - not corresponding to the replaced post of the state civil service.

As inderpendent experts at the meeting of the commission took part a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, member of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H. Vafin, the chairman of the Public council at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of chair of constitutional and administrative law of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) federal university A.G.Gataullin, associate professor of the department of law of the Institute of economics , management and social technologies of Kazan national research technological university named after Tupolev - KAI V.A.Gurevich
