On 8th of November 2017 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took place meetings of the attestation commission of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan on holding the qualification examination of 6 civil servants and attestation of 8 civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The qualification exam is conducted to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) of a civil servant, following which the commission decides to take an examination and assign a class rank of the civil service, or that a civil servant has not passed the qualification exam.
The Attestation commission decided that one civil servant passed the qualification exam and was recommended to assign him a class rank according to the replaced post.
Attestation of state civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, the degree of readiness and the levels of the ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main goal of attestation is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the holding post.
According to the results of the vote, 4 certified were recognized by the decision of the commission as corresponding to the replaced posts of the state civil service, 5 qualified- corresponding to the replaceable posts and are recommended to be included in the personnel reserve on filling the vacant position of state civil service by the way of official growth, 2 certified - to the corresponding replaced post of civil service in case of the successful receipting of additional vocational education.
As independent experts in the meeting of the commission took part a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, a member of the Council of the Staff of the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.Kh.Vafin
