On 14th of November 2017 in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took place a meeting of the attestation commission for certification of 8 state civil servants of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Certification of public civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, the degree of readiness and the levels of the ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main goal of attestation is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the holding position.
Based on the results of certification, the attestation commission decided that 7 civil servants correspond to the replaced positions, 1 civil servant corresponds to the replaced position of the state civil service and is recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve on filling the vacant post of civil service by way of official growth.
As independent experts, at the meeting of the commission took part the veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P. Ganchurin, a member of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.Kh. Vafin, chairman of the Public council by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor at the Chair of constitutional and administrative law of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) federal university, A.G. Gataullin, associate professor of the department of law of the Institute of economics, management and social technologies of the Kazan national technical university named after Tupolev - KAI V.A. Gurevich
