Training seminar for responsible secretaries of the commissions on the affairs of minors and protection of their rights
From March 12 to 13, a short-term educational module "Prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency" was held at the Higher School of State and Municipal Management. The target audiences of the program are the responsible secretaries and specialists of the municipal commissions for the affairs of minors and the protection of their rights.
At the training, the students get acquainted with the innovations in the sphere of legislation on the responsibility of parents for the content, upbringing and education of children, they obtained detailed statistics on these kinds of offenses, mastered new methods and forms of rehabilitation work with children, and also prevented suicidal behavior.
On March 13, a board meeting was held with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Committee on the Rule of Law and Order R.G. Nugumanov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov, Executive Secretary of the Republican Commission for Minors and Protection of Their Rights I. Garifullina and representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
