Departure of the Ministry's employees to the Muslyumovsky municipal district

On April 19, 2018, employees of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a visit to Muslyumovsky municipal district.

Within departure the leading adviser of Department of legal consulting and methodical support of local governments Aleksandr Khanenya provided legal assistance on the introduction of amendments and additions to the statutes of municipalities of the district, the protection of the interests of local governments in the courts. With responsible officials discussed problematic issues encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advice, recommendations to improve the effectiveness of their work.

Leading Counsellor of the Department of legal work in local government and management of the municipal register Elmira Mardanova carried out an inspection of the execution by the local self-government bodies of the Muslyumovsky municipal district of the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to collect information from the settlements included in the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Leading Specialist of Department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning Azat Zarifyanov conducted a planned inspection of the implementation of the state program "the Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 – 2020" Muslyumovsky municipal district of the Republic.

During the audit, the issues of functioning of the Commission on coordination of anti-corruption, the Commission on compliance with the requirements of the official behavior of municipal employees and the settlement of conflicts of interest were considered, the municipal anti-corruption program for 2015 - 2020 was studied, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts, as well as compliance of the section "anti-corruption" of the official site of the district with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 04.04.2013 № 225 "on approval of the Unified requirements for the placement and content of sections of the official websites of the Executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network "Internet".
