Providing free legal assistance to veterans of the great Patriotic war, participants in hostilities and members of their families
On the eve of the celebration of the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, within the framework of the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Providing Free Legal Aid to Citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" on April 27, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized free legal assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, combatants and members of their families.
The event was attended by representatives of branch of the Pension Fund of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Department of Federal tax service of the Republic of Tatarstan, Directorate of the Federal service for state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, Fund of social insurance, Ministry of labor and social protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, The Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, State housing inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, "Committee of land and property relations of Kazan", "Department of housing policy of Kazan", as well as lawyers and notaries.
Most of issues concerned land and housing legislation, social and pension provision. All applicants received free legal assistance in the form of legal advice in oral and written form, as well as drafting legal documents.
