Meetings at the court sites of justices of the peace in Novo-Savinovsky and Privolzhsky judicial districts of Kazan
On 19 and 20 June 2018, meetings were held with justices of the peace in the Novo-Savinovsky judicial district of Kazan (with the participation of the chairman of the district court A.N. Kovalchuk) and the Privolzhsky judicial district of Kazan.
The meetings were attended by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina, head of the activity assurance department of Justice of the Peace, Anton Vorobyov, and acting head of the department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace, Ildar Vafin.
In the course of the work meetings, topical and problematic issues of functioning of the judicial sections of the justices of the peace were discussed, in particular, the problem of rational and economical expenditure of budget funds for postal services, questions of the executive discipline of justices of peace judges, complaints about inaction of judges, staffing.
Based on the results of the meetings, ways of improving the interaction between the judges of the republic and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan have been outlined.
