Departure of Ministry employees to Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal district
On June 21, 2018, employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal district.
As part of the departure, the Leading Counsellor of the Department of legal consulting and methodological support of local governments, Aleksandr Khanenya provided legal assistance on the issues of introducing changes and amendments to the charters of the municipal formations of the district, protecting the interests of local self-government bodies in the courts. Responsible officials discussed the problems encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advisory assistance, made recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of their work.
Leading Counsellor of the Department of legal work in local government and management of the municipal register, Ruziya Salahova conducted a verification of the execution by the local self-government bodies of the Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal district of the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to collect information from the settlements that are part of the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Leading Specialist of the Department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning, Azat Zarifyanov conducted a routine check of the implementation of the state program «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 – 2020» in the Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal district of the republic.
In the course of the audit, the issues of the commission for coordination the work on combating corruption, the commission on compliance with the requirements for the behavior of municipal employees and the settlement of the conflict of interests, the municipal anti-corruption program for 2015-2020, the organization of the anti-corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts, compliance with the section «Anti-Corruption» of the official site of the district. The single requirements for placement and filling were divided in the official Internet sites on the issues of combating corruption, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 04.04.2013 № 225.
