Internship HR-specialists in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
On June 22, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with trainees in the training program for the HR specialists, organized for persons included in the personnel reserve of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of personnel management.
The head of the Staff department and government service, Tatyana Latyeva told the audience about the activities of the ministry, its goals and tasks, the work of the personnel department and the state service of the ministry, about holding contests for filling vacancies, attesting civil servants in the ministry and the judges of the Republic of Tatarstan , formation of the personnel reserve, award policy, as well as interaction with educational organizations in the selection of personnel and practice of students.
The samples of documents, the order of conducting personnel record keeping are visually demonstrated. Trainees received answers to their questions.
The meeting was attended by the chief adviser of the Civil Service Development Department of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan A.D. Cheremushkin and the head of the educational programs of the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University Polina Kalagina.
