Departure of Ministry employees to Spassky municipal region

July 30, 2018 employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan made a trip to the Spassky municipal region.

Within the framework of the visit, the leading counselor of the legal advice and methodological support department of local self-government bodies A.Khanenya provided legal assistance on the issues of introducing changes and additions to the charters of the municipal formations of the district, protecting the interests of local self-government bodies in the courts. Responsible officials discussed the problems encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advisory assistance, made recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of their work.

The head of the department of the provision of free legal aid and planning, A.Lokhotsky, conducted a routine check of the implementation of the state program "Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020" in the Spassky municipal region.

In the course of the audit, they considered the issues of the functioning of the commission for coordinating the work on combating corruption, the commission on compliance with the requirements for the behavior of municipal employees and the settlement of the conflict of interests, the municipal anti-corruption program for 2015-2020, the organization of the anti-corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts, as well as the compliance of the section "Counteracting Corruption" with the Unified Demand by the approved Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 04/04/2013 No. 225.
