Work meeting on material damage compensation
July 31, 2018 the first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.Galimov held a work meeting on the compensation of material damage caused to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, local budgets illegal actions (inaction).
The meeting was attended by representatives of the State Legal Department for Judicial Affairs of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Finances of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting discussed the issues of the organization of the claim for compensation of material damage caused by unlawful actions (inaction) of officials of executive bodies and local self-government bodies, as well as state and municipal employees.
