Working trip of employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to Tetyushsky municipal district
August 15, 2018 in accordance with the approved schedule, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left for the Tetyushsky municipal district.
Within the framework of the visit, I.Mingalimov, Deputy Head of Department of organization of rendering of free legal aid and planning, checked the implementation of the state program "Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020" in the Tetyushsky Municipal District.
The meeting considered issues of the functioning of the commission for coordinating the work on combating corruption in the Tetyushsky municipal district, the commission on compliance with the requirements for service behavior and the settlement of the conflict of interests, examined the municipal anti-corruption program, the organization of anti-corruption expertise, and the implementation of other program activities.
The leading counsellor of the department on territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government, E.Nikitina, carried out a check of the execution by certain local authorities of the region of certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the organization of the activities of the administrative commission and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations.
The leading counsellor of the department of legal consulting and methodological support of local government of the Ministry E.Gazizova provided legal assistance. Responsible officials of local self-government bodies discussed problematic issues encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advisory assistance, and provided recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of their work.
