Visit of Ministry employees to Mendeleevsky municipal district

August 22, 2018 employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan made a trip to the Mendeleevsky municipal district.

The leading counsellor of the department of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government, E.Nikitina, carried out a check of the performance by certain local authorities of the region of the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the organization of the activities of the administrative commission and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations.

The leading consultant of the normative legal work in the field of local self-government and the municipal register Yu.Zlatin examined the performance of local authorities of the Mendeleevsky Municipal District by the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan to collect information from the settlements that are part of the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory acts of the Republic of Tatarstan. In order to organize interaction between the local self-government bodies of the region and the local self-government bodies of the settlement, an exit was made to the Kamayevsky rural settlement of the Mendeleevsky municipal district. During the audit, the responsible persons were provided with the necessary legal and advisory assistance in the collection and forwarding of information necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts.

Responsible officials discussed the problems encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advisory assistance, made recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of their work.
