The meeting of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee for Legal Affairs was held

On September 5, 2018, in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Khamitovich Gafarov, a meeting of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee for Legal Affairs was held.

The Committee approved the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:

1) "On the invalidation of paragraph 8 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Museums and Museum Affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan";

2) "On Amending the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Culture";

3) "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On the Implementation of the Rights of Citizens to Provide them with Residential Premises of the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Municipal Housing Fund under Social Contracts»;

4) "On Amending Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Compulsory State Insurance of State Civil Servants of the Republic of Tatarstan»;

5) "On approval of the standards for the financial provision of state guarantees for the realization of the rights to receive public and free preschool education in municipal pre-school educational organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019";

6) "On the approval of the standards for the financial security of state guarantees for the realization of the rights to receive universal and free preschool, primary general, basic general secondary general education, as well as additional education in general education organizations and professional educational organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019";

7) "On the establishment in 2019 of a regional coefficient reflecting the characteristics of the labor market in the Republic of Tatarstan";

8) "On the establishment in 2019 of the subsistence minimum of a pensioner in the Republic of Tatarstan to determine the amount of the federal social supplement to pension";

9) "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Empowering Local Governments of Municipal Formations in the Republic of Tatarstan with Separate State Powers in the Sphere of Ensuring Equal Accessibility of PublicTransport Services on the Territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for Certain Categories of Citizens».
