At the meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan
On September 13, 2018, the meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State Construction and Local Self-Government was held. Issues of the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding the financial provision of state powers transferred to municipal entities and a number of draft laws were considered.
In the discussion of the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan, which amends the borders of the Vakhitovsky and Shelangovskiy rural settlements of Verkhneuslonsky District, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov took part.
First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Aynur Galimov reported on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Amendments to Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Compulsory State Insurance of State Civil Servants of the Republic of Tatarstan».
All bills are recommended by the relevant committee for adoption and will be considered at the next meeting of the State Council.
