Visit of the Delegation of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Republic of Mordova
On October 11th, 2018, the Delegation of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan visited Saransk town in the Republic of Mordova.
The Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M., the head of division of normative legal work in local self-government and in maintaining a municipal register Garipov R.U, the leading advisor of the division of territorial organization and of control over municipal administration Nikitina E.A. have participated as the members of the Delegation.
The working meeting took place with the participation of the Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Mordova Isaykin D.M., the head of division of normative legal work in local self-government bodies and in maintaining a register of municipal laws and regulations Volkova O.I., the presiding of administrative commission of Lyambirsky district and executive secretaries of municipalities’ administrative commissions.
The two sides exchanged experience in the field of keeping the republican register of municipal laws and regulations, monitoring the administrative commissions’ activities and advances to improvement of the work in these areasduring the visit.
Also the Staff of the Ministry familiarized itself with the legal support work to the local self-government bodies in the area of norm-setting of Association «Council of municipalities of the Republic of Mordova».
