Winning in a competition «The best state civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan»
On November 17th, 2018, 12 best civil servants received diplomas of the winners from the hands of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Minnikhanov R.N.following the results of the contest.
Nikitina E.A., leading advisor of the Department of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, became the winner in nomination «Legal and personnel support of the activity of state bodies».
Let us remind that «The best civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan» competition took place for the fifth time at this year. The competition helps not only to make yourself known, to share your experience and learn a new behavior, but the competition also became the part of the corporate, service culture of civil servants.
The selection of candidates was in a hard-fought struggle, 60 people have been delegated by ministries and governmental departments to the competitive examinations in 6 nominations.
The competitive examinations were divided into many steps traditionally - assessment of curriculum vitae, length of service, awards, participation in public, athletic life and professional achievements at the first stage.
Participants demonstrated their knowledge of normative base, languages, demonstrated their intellectual, creative abilities and physical fitness at the second internal stage.
Finalists of the contest prepared and defended their projects before a large Republican commission, which was led by Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Safarov A.A.
