The outcomes of the all-Russian Day of legal assistance to children
On November 20th, 2018, the all-Russian Day of legal assistance to children has passed in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Lectures and seminars on child rights and child protection, judicial custody aspects and child-adult relations, free legal assistance activities to individuals of following target groups: orphan children, children deprived of parental care, persons belonging to orphans and children deprived of parental care, individuals wishing to take a child bereft of parental care into their families for upbringing, adoptive parents, disabled children and their legal representatives, were held in all municipal and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
100 counselling agencies where citizens could obtain a legal assistance worked in the Republic.
Free legal assistance activity for the target groups was held in Kazan city at the state budgetary institution «House of Friendship between Tatarstan Peoples.
The event saw the participation of representatives of Federal Bailiffs ServiceAdministration of the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Welfare of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Office of the Child Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chamber of Advocates and Notaries of the Republic of Tatarstan, education and guardianship and tutorship agencies’ Departments of Kazan city Executive Committee.
