Working visit to Atninsky municipal district
On January 22nd, 2019, the staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan visited Atninsky municipal district.
Within the framework of the visit, Lead Advisor of the Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government Division Gavrilenko E.Y. had verified compliance with transferred separate powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the organization of activities of the administrative commission and officials authorized to build protocols of administrative penalty by local self-government bodies of the district.
The verification of realization of the State authority to gather settlements’ information necessary for maintain a register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan was provided by Lead Consultant of the Normative Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and the Maintenance of the Municipal Register Division Galimova S.G., as well as the methodological assistance with the implementation and maintain a register concerned.
