Meeting of the Committee of the State Council on state-building and local self-government of the Republic of Tatarstan
On February 5th, 2019, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M. participated in the meeting of the Committee of the State Council on state-building and local self-government of the Republic of Tatarstan with a report: «On the draft Law «On the article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On contractual termsunder the title concerning the implementation of the separate powers of state, transferred to the local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the Head of the Executive Committee of the municipal district (city district)», that is no longer valid». The draft law was approved by the Committee.
The meeting of the Committee also considered draft laws, which will amend to the federal and republican laws.
