Meeting of the Committee of the State Council on legality, law and order of the Republic of Tatarstan
On February 5th, 2019, a visiting session of the Committee of the State Council on legality, law and order of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the building of the judicial district of Magistrates of Vakhitovsky District of Kazan city at: Agronomicheskaya st., 76, in which a control question «On the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan» in terms of organizational and logistical support for the activities ofMagistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan» was also addressed.
Deputies were introduced to the accommodation conditions of judicial districts before the meeting. They have toured the courtrooms, chambers of judges and the Court Staff, archive facilities, appreciated the opportunities of the functionality of the video conferencing equipment by which cases of administrative offences are handled without the delivery of the arrested persons to the courtroom.
Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ragozina N.V. participated in the meeting with a report, where also were members of the Committee and invited participants. At the end of the report, Ragozina N.V. responded to the various questions of deputies relating to the development of the Institute of the justice of the peace, actual problems and existing targets of organizational, logistical, informational and staffing support for the activities of Magistrates.
As meeting results, the appropriate decision is adopted by the Committee.
