Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs
On February 6th, 2019, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs was held me Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I. in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan are approved in the meeting of the Expert Council:
1) «On Changes into the article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On establishment of tax rate of corporate tax for certain categories of taxpayers»;
2) «On Changes into the article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On establishment of tax rate of corporate tax for participating organizations – special investment contracts»;
3) «On paragraph six of the article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On smallholding in animal husbandry of the Republic of Tatarstan», that is no longer valid»;
4) «On adoption of the additional agreements to agreements on the providing of budget allocations for a budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from the federal budget»;
5) «On Changes into the article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On establishment the public authority of the Republic of Tatarstan to the implementation of state control (surveillance) in the area of equity construction of multi-family housing and (or) particular real properties, as well as over the activities of house-building cooperatives monitoring of the construction of multi-family housing of local self-government bodies of municipal and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan».
