Providing free legal assistance to the families with seriously ill children
On March 20th, an event of providing free legal assistance to the families with seriously ill children was held in the «House of Ronald McDonald» family hotel located in children's clinical hospital of the Republic. Event was planned by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Office of the Child Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Tatarstan, Pension Fund of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Regional Office of the Social Insurance Fund of Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal Bailiffs Service Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal Government Agency «Main bureau of medical and social expertise in the Republic of Tatarstan» of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Welfare of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chamber of Advocates and Notaries of the Republic of Tatarstan will take part at the event.
A free legal assistance was provided to the 25 families on 43 issues during the event. Citizens’ appeals related most often to the social welfare, medical rehabilitation, medicine provision and others. All who have called have received free legal assistance in the legal counseling orally and in writing form.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan expresses its gratitude to all of the federal and regional authorities, notaries and the legal profession bodies who took an active part in organizing and conducting of that event.
