Review of the results of the implementation of the transferred state powers by local self-government bodies in the first quarter of the 2019
On April 25th, 2019, a regular meeting on the implementation of the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on organization of activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials in drafting protocols on administrative violations was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M. was held by videoconference.
The report on the results of the activities of the commissions and authorized officials was made by Head of the Division for Territorial Organization and Control in the Local Self-Government Sphere of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Kasymova G.I.
Head of the Division for the Executive Production of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatullin A.R. provided information on the collection of fines.
Representatives of the administrative commissions of Kazan city, Menzelinsky, Tetyushsky districts were also heard.
