Internship of the executive secretaries of the administrative commissions
On Maу 27th, an internship of the secretary of the administrative commissions of the city Aktanyshsky, Elabuzhsky, Leninogorsky, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Menzelinsky, Sarmanovsky and Tukaevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today in the premise of the Administrative Commission of Naberezhnye Chelny city.
Deputy Chairman of the administrative commission of Naberezhnye Chelny city Gusmanov F.V. in cooperation with Principal Specialist of the of the Office of the Administrative and Technical Inspection Shevkoplyas A.Y. and executive secretary of the administrative commission Khamzina A.F. described the procedure of offences detection and institution of administrative proceedings, the quality of drawing up the administrative reports and the specific characteristics of the review of the administrative cases.
Deputy Head of the Office of the Administrative and Technical Inspection of the Executive Committee of Kazan city Latypov V.A. and Head of the Information and Methodological Management Unit Biktagirov N.R. participated in internship as specially invited persons and shared the experience of the review of the cases of legal offences that have been identified under the special technical means, organization of monitoring the implementation of the decisions of the administrative commission in determining the penalty, implementation of the crime prevention.
The interns had the opportunity to become acquainted with the record-keeping of work of the administrative commissions of the two city districts, processing and creation case file. The questions of interns were discussed in «Round table» mode.
