Reception of employees of local governments by videoconferencing
On June 19th, 2019, a videoconference of employees of local self-government bodies on the topic «Legal regulation of the issues related to unauthorized buildings» was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M.
Supreme Court judge of the Republic of Tatarstan Gabidullina A.G., Head of the State Registration of Physical Persons’ Property Division of the Administration of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan Mukhametgalieva E.I., Head of the Legal Department of the Inspection of the State Building Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan Raimov S.N., Head of Division of legal consulting and methodological support of local authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Pashkova M.A., Deputy Head of the Division for Legal Support to Local Self-Government Bodies and norm-setting work of the Office of the «Council of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan» Association Khamatov F.K. participated in the meeting.
The legal aspects of the individual housing and countryside houses construction, of recognition of ownership to building, demolition of unauthorized structures and other questions according to theme were considered during the videoconference. The responses of relevant organizations’ representatives to the questions raised by municipal servants have been supplemented by detailed comments with the examples of case law of Supreme Court judge of the Republic of Tatarstan Gabidullina A.G.
